1. We want to know how can we help you
Every one has different expectations from a visit to the Dentist. Therefore we spend some time discussing this at the first appointment. As our goals remain fairly constant, yet your expectations may vary a great deal, therefore saving you time in future by finding out what your expectations are short and long term (very important).
2. We believe good health is inexpensive (and should be)
One of our first concerns is whether your mouth is actively deteriorating and what we can do to slow things down or prevent things from getting worse (and more expensive) down the track. Healthy oral hygiene and care is where we shine. Our role therefore is to educate you so you can make informed decisions about your health now and later in life, as we want to be sure you have your best smile for a long time yet.
3. We want to know about your goals
With us, we want to not only make sure your mouth is in the best “health” shape it can be, but also that it’s the mouth you want. That means we work with you to learn about your smile goals – from colour and shape of your teeth to what’s achievable, how quickly and on your budget (and payment terms). Everybody’s wants and smiles are difference, which is why we pride ourselves on working with you to understand what you want, and go backwards from there to make it as much a reality as possible.
